What opening times do I have to pay attention to?
Our reception team at the "Burgtherme" is there for you every day from 11 am to 8 pm. The swimming pool is open daily from 7.30 am to 8 pm. Our sauna area opens daily at 11 am, also our "Vitaminbar".

Can I still book treatments spontaneously on site?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance. Connect your room reservation directly with the booking of treatments.
Note - Saturday is the most popular day of the week and fully booked well in advance!

Treatments are included in my arrangement. When will I get my appointments?
You will receive your exact schedule when you check in at the hotel reception. You are welcome to contact us in advance by phone and ask about your appointments or specify your wishes.

What happens if I'm late for my appointment?
We recommend that you arrive at reception about 10 minutes before your appointment. This gives you enough time to prepare for your treatment. We ask for your understanding that a delayed start of the appointment, taking into account subsequent guests, will shorten your application time.

Can I cancel a treatment appointment?
A cancellation or postponement is possible at least 24 hours before the start of the appointment. If you notify us later, 80% of the treatment costs will be billed.

 

Can children use the sauna area?
Our sauna area is a textile-free zone and is available to our guests from the age of 12.

Are children allowed to use the swimming pool alone?
Children under 14 years of age are only allowed to use the swimming pool under the supervision of their parents. We ask that you ensure that the quiet atmosphere of the area is not disturbed by the behavior of your children.

Where can we put valuables?
Sufficient lockers are available for our external guests. Have a deposit (e.g. identity card) ready. We recommend that our hotel guests leave all valuables in the hotel room. Cell phone use is prohibited in our entire wellness area.

Can we bring our own drinks and food?
In our "Vitaminbar" fresh fruit, fruit juices, mineral water, coffee and tea are available daily from 11 am to 8 pm. For hotel guests we automatically charge a daily service fee of EUR 2.00 per night/person. For external guests, this offer is already included in the admission price. We also offer a snack menu from 11.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Is it possible to consume food and drinks anywhere in the wellness area?
No, the consumption of food and drinks is only possible in our "Vitaminbar".
We also ask that you refrain from consuming food and drinks on the sunbathing lawn in summer.
